Family Therapy and Child Therapy in Florida (Telehealth)

Helping Children, Teens, and Families Find Stability Again

You’ve noticed your child isn’t acting like themselves.

Maybe they’re dealing with mood swings, anxiety, frustration, or low motivation. Maybe they’re pulling away from people they used to feel close to. Some children shut down when things get difficult. Others act out in ways that leave parents feeling confused or worried.

When a child is struggling emotionally, it affects the entire family.

At Valentine Mental Health, we provide family therapy, parent-child therapy, child therapy, and diagnostic mental health assessments for families across Florida through secure telehealth.

With the right support, children can learn to express their emotions, manage stress before it escalates, and rebuild confidence in themselves and their relationships.
